Walk Doors
A walk door specifically designed for metal buildings and commercial applications. The door system consists of galvanized steel panel. The steel utility door system can be ordered pre-assembled by the factory. There are many optional, frame, pane, hardware and mounting options available.
Sliding Doors
Sliding doors are used in hangars, warehouses, etc., where a larger opening into the building is required. They are not hinged but rather rollers are provided on top of the doors and this roller is placed on brackets allowing a sliding movement. These are either single leaf or double leaf.
Aluminium Windows
These windows are placed on the walls of a building and are double slide. They are moved by a sliding action controlled by guide ways and the jab fins. Multiple windows can be formed by joining the jamb fins together. Standard size of an aluminum window is 1 m x 1m. It is also provided with a half insect screen
Louvers
A louver is a frame containing adjustable overlapping blades which allow air flow and also block sunlight entry. The standard size available is 1m x 1m, which also incorporates insect screen, hand crank and blade adjustment lever.
Sand Trap Louvers
This louver consists of different form of flashings arrangement in a predetermined manner in order to create a sand trap. The dual advantages of the sand trap louver is not only to help with natural ventilation but also to act as a sand trap
Fasteners
Fasteners are of self-drilling screws No. 14, made of steel wire and EPDM bonded washers. The fasteners are either plain carbon or stainless steel type
Skylights & Wall Lights
Made of translucent GRP to match “SADGURU PEB WORKS PVT. LTD.” rib and wall panels, with an estimated light transmitting capacity of 60 %.
Plain Ridge
Plain Ridge is applied as roofing in industrial & residential sectors and is said to have slants on both sides thus eliminates chances of settling water. It is made of high grade steel with coating of glossy corrosion resistant paint. This sheet is easy to install and has strong structural configuration with good impact strength. It is completely reliable in nature and shows long service life with low maintenance requirement. Profile Ridge
Profile Ridge has been designed to give the appearance of a traditional bedded ridge, but with all the benefits that a modern dry ridge system provides, such as secure mechanical fixing and appropriate ventilation.
The Profile Ridge system incorporates ventilation strips to support the ridges and provide high level ventilation. Ridge unions provide an efficient seal between each ridge and give the appearance of a 10mm mortar joint
Ridge Ventilators
This is a gravity-type ventilator which is provided with a bird screen and mechanical controlled damper. Allows natural ventilation of the building. Roof Jacks
Turbovents
Turbo Vents are rotary devices to pull out warm and stale air in warm months and moist air in cold months. They are commonly located on roof tops, using only wind and pressure differences as their power source. They offer energy savings and comfort with low up-front cost.
Eave Gutter
Eave gutter is a component of a water discharge system for a building. It is necessary to prevent water dripping or flowing off roofs in an uncontrolled manner for several reasons: to prevent it damaging the walls, drenching persons standing below or entering the building, and to direct the water to a suitable disposal site where it will not damage the foundations of the building. In the case of a flat roof, removal of water is clearly essential to prevent water ingress and to prevent a build-up of excessive weight.
Corner Flashing

Gable End Flashing
Gable flashing is used to trim the edge of the roofing panel at the gable end of the roof. It should match the eave flashing that extends along the drip edge of the roof. If the panel is allowed to hang over the gable end, eave flashing can be used instead. Butyl tape between the trim and the panel eliminates leaks.
Eave End Flashing
Eave and Drip Flashings are used on the overhang, at the side or ends, and at the edge of the roof to protect the facade from a wide range of weather conditions. They provide support for the shingles, and create a roof drip edge that helps channel water into a gutter or away from the facade.
